<p><b>New page</b></p><div>ReportComplete has two different ways to add pupil portraits. Layouts will have to have portrait components added to them in order for you to see portraits in reports.<br />

=====Local portraits=====<br />

The fastest way is to let ReportComplete 'know' where the portraits are locally. Local portraits are only visible whilst at school.<br />

portraitsa1.png|1. Click the 'Admin' toolbar icon, then select 'School details'.<br />
portraitsa2.png|2. Press the 'Pick local folder' button. Find the folder that contains your school portraits. The portraits should have the same filename as each pupils UPN number. If you choose a network drive that teachers have access to, then the teachers will also see the portraits.<br />
portraitsa3.png|3. You should see the folder location discovered by using the 'Pick local folder' button. All the reports that you have portraits for in that folder should now display the portrait.<br />

=====Uploaded portraits=====<br />

The more time-consuming second way is to upload the portraits. Uploaded portraits take priority over local portraits.<br />
<br />
To upload a portrait, simply drag the portrait file to one of the reports. It will be uploaded and allocated to the pupil that has that report.</div>Anthony
