Changing certain settings will also change Past reports to make it easier to find and copy data, these changes include (but not limited to):

* If the current subject name is changed then it will also change in the past report.
* If the subject order is changed it will also change the subject order of the past report.
* If the teacher or class name is changed then that will also change on the past report.

If you wish to keep verbatim copies, then please follow the [[At the end of the school year|end of year]] instructions.

You also can view and copy from past reports written with the Legacy version of ReportComplete and a program called ReportPlus.
