The 'Administrator' is in charge

Decide who is the admin:

Assign an 'Administrator' who can carry out any admin tasks for your school, such as adding new teachers and pupils, changing class names, altering layouts, etc.

Only this person should log in as the admin and have access to the admin password, if you think it has been compromised or needs to be changed then please contact us.

We can help with setting up or updating:

As you probably only use ReportComplete for a short time each year we understand that you may require help with setting up, changing layouts, updating teachers or importing your latest set of pupils. Feel free to send us the information, we will double-check it and update/import the information for you.
