Text that is added to the editor can change its colour under certain conditions. The printed text, however, will be coloured normally.
Red text for possible spelling mistakes:
1. When a possible spelling mistake is detected then the word will be coloured red.
2. Right-clicking a red word will allow the teacher to choose the correct word or add the red word to their word dictionary.
Green text for the forename and gender-specific words:
1. The pupil's name and gender-specific words will be coloured green.
2. Right clicking a green word will allow the teacher to quickly change between the pupil's name and the gender-specific word.
Blue text for words that have an alternative:
1. Blue shows that ReportComplete can provide a quick alternative word, this is not a thesaurus - the word may not have the same meaning but is somehow related to the original word.
2. Right clicking a blue word will allow the teacher to quickly choose an alternative word.
