Proxy settings
The printable version is no longer supported and may have rendering errors. Please update your browser bookmarks and please use the default browser print function instead.
When using Windows, ReportComplete will normally use the proxy settings supplied by Internet Explorer (IE). If you are using a Mac or are not using Internet Explorer, then you may need to set the proxy settings.
1. To turn on or change the proxy settings click the 'Options' button on the Login window.
2. Here you can turn off the normal Windows proxy settings and use those entered in the boxes provided.
You may need help from your network administrator in order to initially enter the correct settings, the settings are saved for when you next use the program.
