The AI system used by ReportComplete is 'OpenAI ChatGPT'. To use the AI you will need an account with OpenAI.
Your account will come usually with $5 of tokens which will expire after 3 months. This should be enough for your teachers to try the AI features.
First, open an account or sign in at https://openai.com/ - This account will be used for all teachers that are at your school.
The admin menu can be used to setup your OpenAI Org-ID and Secret key.
