The AI system used by ReportComplete is 'OpenAI ChatGPT'. To use the AI you will need an account with OpenAI.
Your account will come usually with $5 of tokens which will expire after 3 months. This should be enough for your teachers to try the AI features.
First, open an account or sign in at https://openai.com/
Note: This account will be used for all teachers that are at your school.
The admin menu can be used to setup your OpenAI Org-ID and Secret key.
- Click the Admin icon
- Select 'OpenAI settings', a window will appear
- Enter your organisation id (click the 'Find' button to help find this information).
- Enter your secret key (this is found on the OpenAI website 'API keys' page.
- To test, first select an 'Action'.
- Click 'Perform action' to start the test.
- You can make custom actions for your school by clicking the 'Actions' button.
- Click 'Ok' to save the settings.
