OpenAI

The AI system used by ReportComplete is 'OpenAI ChatGPT'. To use the AI you will need an account with OpenAI.

  Your account will come usually with $5 of tokens which will expire after 3 months. This should be enough for your teachers to try the AI features.

First, open an account or sign in at https://openai.com/

Note: This account will be used for all teachers that are at your school.

  Once you have created your account/logged in, you should create a secret API key ( https://platform.openai.com/api-keys ).

After setting up your secret API key, you can enter these details into ReportComplete and test out OpenAI...

  The admin menu can be used to setup your OpenAI Org-ID and Secret key.

1. Click the Admin icon
2. Select 'OpenAI settings', a window will appear
3. Enter your organisation id (click the 'Find' button to help find this information).
4. Enter your secret key (this is found on the OpenAI website 'API keys' page.
5. To test, first select an 'Action'.
6. Click 'Perform action' to start the test.
7. You can make custom actions for your school by clicking the 'Actions' button.
8. Click 'Ok' to save the settings.
