Login options

The login window can be extended to show various advanced options.

• 

  1. To see the options, click the 'Options' button on the Login window.

• 

  2. You can force ReportComplete to use a specific way to connect to our servers.

• 

  3. You can force ReportComplete to turn off using SSL, this can be useful if your firewall or proxy blocks SSL connections.

• 

  4. You can manually set Proxy settings if required.

• 

  5. You can set ReportComplete's automatic update system to check for 'beta' editions, there are early editions of the software that are currently being tested.

• 

  6. You can download and export all your data using this option.

• 

  7. If you need to run ReportComplete in offline mode, then use this option.
